How much does a balloon arch/garland cost?

Our balloon garlands and arches prices are based on size, style, and length.

  • BASIC - $18 per square foot or Balloon Cluster of 6-8, we will use balloon sized - 5 & 12 inches​

  • STANDARD - $20 per square foot or Balloon Cluster of 6-8, we will use balloon sized - 5, 12 & 18 inches​

  • DELUXE - $25 per square foot or Balloon Cluster of 6-8, we will use balloon sized - 5, 12, 18 & 24 inches plus printed/ confetti balloons

  • To cut the price, you also have an option to buy your own balloons and we will build the arch/decor, but please note that we cannot guaranty the quality of the balloons.

How much for a complete setup?

If you want it wall mounted only, the price will be based on how much clusters we will use. Minimum number of cluster is 15. So for a Basic Garland with 15 Clusters, total will be $270+GST ($18 per cluster).

 

If with backdrop , starting price of our rental stand/backdrop is $75.

 

Additional Delivery fee may be added depending on your location.  Take down fee not included.

You also have an option to buy your own balloons and we will build the arch/decor, but please note that we cannot guaranty the quality of the balloons.

What is the minimum number of cluster per order for arch/garland?

minimum is 15 balloon cluster (sq ft) for garland. We also offer Grab-and-Go garland that you can DIY the installation on your event. We say Balloon clusters because 1 cluster is 1 sq ft. It doesn't necessary mean the length of the garland, because we some time but clusters on the side to have a fuller look.

How can I get a quote?

Do you price match?

We can do price matching, but it will depends on the design and your location.

How soon in advance do I need to book?

For custom event order we generally recommend at least 3-4 weeks in advance of your event date. On some occasions we have last minute availability but often that comes with a rush fee.  If you want to buy your own balloon, you have to deliver the balloon to us at least 2 weeks before.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees are calculated and are depends on your location and how big install is. Pick up is always free for Small Balloon Gifts/Bouquets. 'Prices is as follows:

  • Small Balloon Gifts/Bouquets - $15 for first 10km +$1.5/km for extra km.

  • Big Balloon Décor that needs install - $30 for first 20km +$1.5/km for extra km.

Which city do you deliver to?

As for now, Service area is within Edmonton and Surrounding Areas only

 

How much do your bouquets cost?

Balloons are "cheap", why are your creations priced more than Party City or the Dollar Store?

Our balloons are high quality 100% biodegradable latex balloons and we take the time to handcraft each order.  You have an option to buy your own balloon and we will build the arch/decor for you, but we cannot guaranty the quality of the balloons.

Can you customized color?

Just send us the color you want. We will try to find a balloon that will match your request. If we need to double stuff the balloons, there will be an additional cost because we will be using more balloons than usual.

How much is the deposit to reserve a date and when should we pay the balance?

For big balloon decorations (e.g. garlands, arches, wall, hoops...) 50% deposit must be paid upon signing the Quotation/Contract. The balance ,must be fully paid 3 days before the event.

For Small Balloon Bouquets, including grab-and-go garlands,  full amount is required upon ordering.

Does Rental needs security deposit?​

Yes, there is a refundable safety deposit Fee which we will mention on the quotation. Once we collect the rentals in the same condition it was given, the deposit plus tax will be returned back via e-transfer. Once the order is placed a rental agreement will be sent to the client to be signed and returned to us. Clients are expected to treat our rentals with care when they are in your possession.

 

Do you accept staggered payment?

Yes we do, depends on how far you event date is.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Order can be canceled & refunded minus the 10% processing fee (10% of the TOTAL SALE AMOUNT) up to 21 days before the event date. After this period has passed, the full deposit is non-refundable due to the fact that Love-A-Balloon has committed to purchasing inventory, starting production and reserving your date but we can offer store credit instead that can be used at a later date as long as the production of the order hasn't started.
