After this, we will send you a quotation and or contract
Once you agreed on the quotation and or contract. Sign and send us a copy. You are required to send us 50% of payment upon signing of the quotation to reserve your date.
We will send a Mock Design and balloon sample to you 1 week before the event.
You are required to pay the balance 3 days before the event. Failure to pay the balance will mark your booking cancelled. We will send you a message to remind you about your balance.

Notes

Colours can be customized to match any theme.
50% deposit must be paid upon signing the Quotation/Contract. The balance is paid 3 days before the event.
Please make sure to determine if the venue allows latex balloons.
Installation and Removal fee will be included on the final price
For Rentals: There is a refundable safety deposit Fee that will be added to the setup fee for rentals. Once we collect the rentals in the same condition it was given, the deposit plus tax will be returned back via e-transfer. Once the order is placed a rental agreement will be sent to the client to be signed and returned to us. Clients are expected to treat our rentals with care when they are in your possession.
We accept staggered payment.
NO HIDDEN CHARGES

Service area is within Edmonton and Surrounding Areas.
Delivery fee for location within 20km of our location (Summerside, Edmonton) is $30. Additional $2 per km outside the 20km radius.

Can be canceled & refunded minus the 10% processing fee (10% of the TOTAL SALE AMOUNT) up to 21 days before the event date. After this period has passed, the full deposit is non refundable due to the fact that Love-A-Balloon has committed to purchasing inventory, starting production and reserving your date but we can offer store credit instead that can be used at a later date as long as the production of the order hasn't started.
