Booking and Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with a partially refundable deposit, which will be deducted from the final balance. The booking is only secured upon receipt of this deposit.

Payment Terms: 50% deposit is required to secure the date. Then remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 3 days prior to the event date. We accept payments via bank transfer or credit card (PayPal).If the balance is not paid, your booking will be considered canceled. We will send you a reminder about the outstanding balance. An installation and Take Down fee will be included in the final price. We offer staggered payment options. There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total invoiced amount. Once this period has elapsed, the full deposit becomes non-refundable, as Love-A-Balloon has already committed to purchasing inventory, initiating production, and reserving your date. However, we can provide store credit for future use, provided that production of your order has not yet commenced.​

Changes to Booking: Any changes to the booking must be made in writing and may be subject to additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but they cannot be guaranteed.

Rentals: A refundable safety deposit fee will be added to the setup cost for rentals. Once we retrieve the rentals in their original condition, the deposit will be refunded via e-transfer. A rental agreement will be sent to the client for signature upon placing the order. Clients are expected to handle our rentals with care while they are in their possession.

Damage and Liability: The client is responsible for ensuring that the decoration area is safe and accessible. We are not liable for any damage to property or injury to persons once the decorations are completed.

Event Venue Access: The client must ensure that venue access is available at the agreed-upon setup and breakdown times. Any delays due to restricted access may result in additional charges. Please also confirm whether the venue permits latex balloons.

Product Quality and Safety: All products used are of high quality and meet safety standards. However, we cannot guarantee against natural elements or unforeseen events beyond our control that may affect the decorations.

Photography and Promotion: We reserve the right to take photographs of the decorations for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the client.

Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking, with deposits refunded or transferred to a future date.

Agreement of Terms: By booking with us, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local laws.
