HOW TO ORDER
Our online payment is not active at this time. Please send us a chat with the following:
- Name
- Email address, Phone Number
- Balloon colour of choice
- Customization (e.g. message, theme…)
- date you need the product.
- Whether pickup or delivery. If for delivery please include the delivery address.
Full amount is paid upon ordering
We need 7 days to process order, unless we confirmed that we can make it/them earlier.
PICKUP / DELIVERY INFO
Delivery fee is $15 first 10km; additional $1.5 for every km. We can deliver within 20km from our location for small balloon products.
PICK UP IS FREE OF CHARGE.

For deliveries to locations out of our servicing area, please contact us to determine if we can help you.
Our pickup and delivery are on weekdays between 6-8pm and weekends between 8-6pm.
Cancelled deliveries due to weather conditions will be delivered the next day if the weather permits.
CANCELLATION / REFUND
Can be cancelled & refunded, minus the 10% processing fee, up to 7 days before the pickup/delivery date. After this period has passed, the payment is non refundable but can be use as store credit as long as we haven’t started production.
ALL Balloon sales are FINAL, once a product is delivered or picked up we can’t be held responsible for any defects as all our products should be handled with care. We advise taking the balloons indoors directly after pickup.
